  • 1 cup Suraj Sona Masoori Rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1½ cups finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 green chilli (optional, finely chopped)
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves (optional)

Preparation:
